Lettings Manager | Battersea | £50,000 Basic + £80,000–£120,000+ OTE
A standout opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Lettings Manager to lead a high-performing office in one of London's most active and competitive lettings markets.
This role is perfect for a proven lettings professional who thrives on winning instructions, building landlord relationships and driving team performance. You'll inherit an established platform with strong market presence and significant scope to grow revenue, market share and managed portfolio numbers.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Driving new business generation and valuation conversions
• Leading, motivating and developing a successful lettings team
• Winning high-value instructions and maximising fee income
• Growing managed and premium service portfolios
• Building long-term relationships with landlords, developers and local contacts
• Managing pipeline performance and ensuring consistent deal flow
• Contributing to wider business growth and strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For:
• Proven success within residential lettings
• Previous management or senior leadership experience
• Strong track record of winning instructions and generating revenue
• Experience within Prime Central or South West London markets
• A natural leader with excellent coaching and development skills
• Commercially minded, highly organised and target driven
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
Package:
• £50,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure
• Realistic OTE of £80,000–£120,000+
• £750- £1,000 monthly car allowance
