We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Resourcer to join our busy Industrial team at TeamJobs. This is a fast‑paced role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys juggling admin, candidate contact and systems work while supporting a high‑performing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and calling candidates for industrial roles
* Registering candidates and chasing compliance packs
* Posting vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
* Updating and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Fieldglass and similar)
* Supporting payroll by updating rev sheets accurately and on time
* Managing compliance documentation and ensuring candidates are fully cleared
* Handling a high volume of emails and keeping inboxes and folders well organised by client
* Providing general administrative support to the Industrial recruitment team
What We're Looking For
* Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and general computer systems
* Previous admin, resourcing or recruitment experience (ideal but not essential)
* Confident phone manner and comfortable speaking with candidates daily
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast‑moving environment
* Proactive, reliable and a strong team player
