Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Manager, based in Bradford. The Shop Manager will oversee daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining store standards, handling customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, and fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication skills to effectively lead a team and engage with customers
* Expertise in Operations Management and Store Management for overseeing day-to-day functions
* Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
* Proficiency in problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
* Prior experience in retail management is a strong advantage
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or management are a plus
