Description
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
* Lead testing efforts across multiple projects within the technology department.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in testing processes.
* Implement test automation strategies to optimise testing efficiency and coverage.
* Analyse test results and provide detailed reports to key stakeholders.
* Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of quality assurance.
* Continuously review and improve testing frameworks and methodologies.
