The Role:
As an Account Manager (New Business), you’ll be the catalyst for growth—nurturing leads, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored communications solutions to a wide range of businesses across the UK. You’ll have the autonomy to own your pipeline, backed by an award-winning support team and a product suite that’s turning heads in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and win new business across SMB and mid-market sectors
* Build and nurture strong customer relationships
* Understand and present innovative UC solutions to key stakeholders
* Hit and exceed sales targets while delivering best-in-class customer experience
About You:
* Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in UC, IT, telecoms or a related field
* Natural hunter mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
* Self-starter, confident communicator, and team player
* Based in or near Nottingham, with the flexibility for occasional travel
