Ready to step into a fast-paced, people-focused HR role in a mission-driven environment? Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and organised HR Advisor to join their growing team in Egham!
💥 As an HR Advisor, you'll:
* Be the go-to for first-line HR advice to managers
* Lead on onboarding, compliance, and employee experience
* Own the campus Single Central Record (SCR) and safer recruitment checks
* Partner with payroll to ensure accurate submissions
* Support visa and immigration processes
* Handle employee relations cases with tact and confidence
* Be part of a wider HR function that supports learning, growth, and collaboration
💥 You'll likely be someone who:
* Has experience in generalist HR and loves problem-solving
* Knows your stuff when it comes to UK employment law, safeguarding, and immigration
* Has worked with HR systems and is confident with MS Office (especially Excel)
* Is CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it)
* Is detail-obsessed, a strong communicator, and comfortable dealing with confidential matters
* Thrives in busy environments and knows how to juggle multiple priorities
