Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Catering Manager. Serving meals to students and staff, ensuring presentation and portion control are maintained. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas to meet health and safety standards. Monitoring food safety and hygiene practices at all times in accordance with school policies and regulations. Providing excellent customer service, answering any dietary inquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area. Assisting with stock control and inventory management as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a catering or food service environment is desirable but not required. Basic food hygiene knowledge or willingness to undertake relevant training.
