Position:Full-Time (37.5 hours/week, excluding breaks)

Youll be working alongside a passionate team under the guidance of our Head Chef and Sous Chefs, contributing to a food offering thats fresh, seasonal, and seriously good.
What Youll Do:
* Own Your Section:Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to top-tier standards.
* Ingredient Integrity:Ensure there are no processed foods, additives, or major allergens in your space.
* Efficiency:Help drive kitchen efficiency and minimise waste without compromising on quality.
* Communication:Share dietary and allergen information daily to ensure clear communication with diners.
* Cleanliness & Safety:Keep your stationand the whole kitchenspotless, safe, and compliant with HACCP and food safety regulations.
* Support:Assist junior chefs and step up to support other sections when needed.
* Team Building:Foster great relationships with your team, Front of House, and external suppliers.
* Continuous Learning:Stay sharp by keeping up with new ideas and trends in the kitchen.
