Overview
You will be the friendly face who delivers first‑class service and repair work, whether at customers' workplace or home. As a member of our mobile mechanic team, you will attend appointments to complete service inspections, provide on‑the‑spot repairs, and keep vehicles running smoothly. Comprehensive training and ongoing support help you excel in the role.
Responsibilities
* Communicate clearly: act as the master of diagnostics and ensure customers understand the situation and feel confident their needs are being met.
* Work independently or as part of a team, traveling to various locations in all weathers.
* Use technical skills to solve a variety of issues, whether fixing a vehicle by the roadside or handling scheduled appointments.
* Provide the friendly face of the U.K.’s largest motoring organisation, acting as a hero for our members at any time and in any weather.
Qualifications
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications and relevant experience.
* Full category B driving licence with six points or fewer.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
