Job Description
New Directions Education is recruiting a qualified Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a specialist SEND school in North Liverpool. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs and is committed to providing high-quality, inclusive education where every child can thrive.

2. Supports pupils with a range of needs including ASD, PMLD and complex learning difficulties

About the Role
4. Provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, both 1:1 and in small groups
5. Support access to a broad and balanced curriculum
6. Work closely with teachers to deliver individual education plans (IEPs/EHCPs)
7. Support communication, emotional regulation and social development
8. Contribute to a safe, inclusive and well-structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
9. Qualified LSA or equivalent recognised support qualification
10. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
11. Employment references covering the last 5 years
