Be the guardian of our North of England customers and lead the charge for multiple NDT product ranges. Be the captain of your own ship, managing your workload, calendar, and a band of loyal customers. Embark on a journey to customer sites and potential opportunities across the North of England. Forge alliances with the existing trio of Sales Engineers to expand the territory and uncover hidden treasures of growth. Collaborate with two Service Engineers (one skilled in film processors, the other in Labino calibrations & repairs) to take the kingdom to new heights. Seek out opportunities to boost product sales and cross-sell. Lead the charge in actively growing our North of England customer base. Use your knowledge of the market and technical prowess to conjure effective solutions for our customers. Report back to the wise Operations Director, who's like the Gandalf of our team. What You Need: To join our fellowship, you'll need: A track record in a technical role is your sword in this quest. A background in material science and/or NDT is like discovering a hidden passage. At least 2 years of work experience is your entry ticket. The ability to tackle technical challenges and turn them into victories. A keen eye for commerce is your map to success. A sprinkle of A level chemistry knowledge or experience is your potion. A self-driven, go-getter attitude is your armor. Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems are your trusty tools.
