Responsibilities
* By proactively collaborating with the game team, enable them to make data driven decisions through data analysis
* Build statistical models to analyse user behaviour, predict future developments and automate processes
* Forecast game’s performance and collaborate with the game team in order to refine said forecast, overseeing its feasibility, accuracy and correct reporting
* Estimate the impact of new features and analyse retargeting, reactivation, AB tests, CRM activities
* Look into various aspects of user behaviour, e.g. churn, conversion, LTV
* Work with the marketing team to test and optimise retargeting/reactivation campaigns
* Consult with other game analysts to identify analytical opportunities across all our games, fostering collaborative culture
Requirements
* A proven track record of Game Analytics working on free to play games
* Your analysis has led to tangible and quantifiable improvements in the games you worked on
* Experience with AB testing and data-driven decision making
* Proficiency with SQL, Python & Excel
* Excellent visualization, presentation and communication skills
* You are a fast learner and are happy to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
Bonus points
* Experience with statistical and ML model creation and deployment
* Experience in regular game performance forecasting for FP&A purposes
* Experience/exposure to marketing & Performance marketing analytics
* Experience in using tools such as Amplitude, Tableau or Looker
