Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting a well established business with the recruitment process of a Sales Co-ordinator, to be based out of their vibrant office in Tamworth. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the team to deliver & achieve sales growth targets for the ever-growing client base.
The role requires a person who is very structured, organised and administrative by nature and calls for someone who is systematic and has the ability to concentrate on multiple activities. The role is extremely fast paced and involves working closely with internal departments such as purchasing, call centre, operations, stock control alongside suppliers and the customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Run regular reports for customers and internal team, analyse data to assist in decision making
2. Manage and create processes and systems to manage high levels of complicated data
3. Product sourcing with purchasing department, new product listing, coding/matching new prospects, bespoke product management, manage samples and all products quotations
4. Daily stock management including backorders, transfers, direct deliveries and working with suppliers and stock control team
5. Co-ordinate roll-outs and opening orders scheduled with other departments
Skills & Experience:
6. Strong IT skills specifically within Microsoft Office
7. Excellent communication skills including a strong telephone manner
8. Experience working as a team and individually
9. Ability to work under pressure
10. Have a logical approach to problem solving

£23,000 - £25,000 Benefits
