Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Orders Fulfilment Specialist to work for a superb company on a 6-month FTC initially.
You will ensure the seamless and efficient handling of customer tech services orders, from inception to delivery. Playing a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction by overseeing order processing, logistics coordination, and issue resolution. Ultimately contributing to the success and reputation of our organisation.
Duties include:
1. Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
3. Collaborate with the purchasing team, suppliers and warehouse to maintain optimal service levels and inventory management.
4. Maintain meticulous records of orders, shipments, and returns, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols.
5. Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of orders.
6. Implement tracking systems to monitor order progress and provide customers with real-time updates.
Personal requirements:
7. Experience in sales support/quotes/order processing
8. Able to work under pressure, think on your feet with a keen eye for attention to detail
9. Strong organisational Skills, able to manage own time effectively
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to highlight missed or incorrect information on both Client PO and Vendor quotation/ information
12. MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
