Hours of Work: full time
Internal Sales Executive duties include handling both domestic and export customer enquiries, managing web-based customer workload, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. You will build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers, process quotations and sales orders accurately, keep customers informed on order status, and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Your organisational and interpersonal skills will be key in supporting the continuous growth of our sales team.
Internal Sales Executive requirements:
Proactive attitude with a strong desire to help the business grow
Proven experience in an internal or export sales role
Experience handling both domestic and international customer enquiries
Familiarity with web-based order management and e-commerce platforms
