Job Description
Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.
Your Role
* To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.
* Maximising productivity by minimising travel.
* To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer
* To work within our service level agreements
* Answer calls promptly and professionally
The Successful Candidate
* Must have previous experience working in a similar role
* Previous geographical routing experience
* Good communicator, with excellent verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good level of computer literacy
* Have the ability to multi task and juggle last minute changes
* Familiarity with call-handling software
