Salary: £29,000 + Commission (OTE £35,000+)
Hours: Monday and Friday working, 8am - 5pm.

We're looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to join team. This is a dynamic, sales-driven, and target-oriented role, ideal for an ambitious individual who is looking for a new opportunity with growth and rewards.

What you'll be doing:
* Speaking with customers to understand their training needs and providing accurate quotes
* Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business
* Managing training bookings and building strong customer relationships
* Upselling additional courses and identifying opportunities to add value
* Using our CRM system to track interactions
What you'll bring:
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
