Your new role
You’ll work across a variety of project types and RIBA stages, taking responsibility for design development, client coordination and the production of high-quality technical and delivery information. The workload is diverse, spanning housing developments,mercial schemes, industrial buildings and student amodation projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support design development across multiple project stages
• Produce clear, accurate drawings, technical details and planning packages
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to project coordination and problem-solving
• Work collaboratively within an experienced and supportive architectural team
About you
• ARB-registered Architect
• Strong design ability with good technical awareness
• Confident in producing coordinated drawing packages
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Revit experience is desirable, but training can be provided
• Strongmunication, organisation and team working skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your workload and contribute positively to project delivery
