About the Department
We are seeking a Senior Lecturer in Psychology to join our expanding School of Psychology at Tower Hill Campus. Our team combines academic, professional, and industry experience, aiming to equip students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for employment readiness.
Role Overview
The Senior Lecturer will oversee the Psychology program at Tower Hill, ensuring effective management and delivery. Responsibilities include program management, module leadership, line management of lecturers, and contributing to teaching and assessment activities. You will collaborate across the university to ensure high-quality, accessible, career-focused education.
About You
* MSc or equivalent in Psychology with Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC), recognized by BPS
* Experience developing psychology programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
* Understanding of current higher education teaching, learning, and assessment practices
* Leadership skills with experience managing teams and staff
This role requires a hybrid working arrangement with regular travel to locations including Coventry, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, and London (Ealing, Holborn, Tower Hill). Travel is expected approximately once a week, subject to business needs.
