Our Supervisors play an active role in our store management team by supporting Store and Assistant Managers with supervising store processes and procedures.
A typical day for our Supervisors might include opening or closing the store, managing shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service, all while having fun.
They help create a welcoming store environment and promote a culture of trust and respect. Empowered to deliver the best service, they enhance the experience for both customers and colleagues.
