Responsibilities: We lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements. We build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. We translate customer challenges into practical Microsoft-based solutions. We present technical solutions confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders. We support pre-sales activities, including technical scoping, demonstrations, and proposal development. We work closely with Account Managers and the Solution Architecture team to support customer opportunities. We balance technical recommendations with commercial considerations and customer outcomes. We design and deliver business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies. We produce solution documentation and technical design documentation in line with our standards. We support customers in modernising manual, spreadsheet-driven, or legacy business processes. We work alongside Consultants and Engineers to support successful implementation and delivery. We ensure solutions follow best practice around governance, security, scalability, and maintainability. We provide technical guidance and support throughout project delivery. We support testing, validation, handover, and customer adoption activities where required. We stay current with Microsoft roadmap developments, particularly around Power Platform, Fabric, AI, and Copilot. We promote best practice around Power Platform governance, licensing, environment strategy, and solution lifecycle management. We support the development of internal standards, templates, and reusable solution frameworks. We contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, and technical training initiatives. We encourage innovation and adoption of modern Microsoft technologies across the wider business.
