About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Conveyancing Onboarding Paralegal to join our growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career within conveyancing and residential property law. You will play a key role in the initial stages of the conveyancing process, ensuring new clients and matters are onboarded efficiently and in line with compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the onboarding of new conveyancing clients and matters Carry out ID checks, AML compliance, and file opening procedures Liaise with clients, estate agents, and third parties to gather required documentation Ensure all client information is accurate and up to date within internal systems Provide administrative support to the wider conveyancing team Maintain a high standard of client care and communication throughout the onboarding process Requirements Strong administrative or customer service background (legal experience beneficial but not essential) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment A proactive and professional approach Interest in property law or a career in conveyancing Desirable (but not essential) Previous experience in a legal or property environment Knowledge of AML and compliance processes Law degree, LPC, or relevant legal qualification What We Offer Competitive salary of £23,000 £25,000 Full training and support to develop your conveyancing knowledge Clear progression opportunities within the property team Supportive and collaborative working environment Exposure to a high-volume, fast-paced legal setting
