Software Development Manager - Salesforce

New opportunity within a growing team for a Development Manager with a strong technical background in Salesforce
This role is supporting the Head of the department, and would suit a Salesforce Team Lead/Developer who has some experience of leading teams and is looking for the next step in their career
The main purpose of the role is to ensure delivery throughout the Software Development life cycle - specifically salesforce
Your responsibilities will be broad and include:
* Ensure successful delivery throughout the Software Development Lifecycle of Salesforce related projects.
* Conduct code reviews to resolve conflicts and act as an escalation point where required.
* Technical Leadership of a team of Salesforce Developers - this includes technical mentoring including code reviews
* Manage Deployments of Salesforce across the business
* Contribute to and lead where needed Scrum Ceremonies to ensure the smooth running of an Agile Development Team.
* Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Your background
1. Strong experience with the Salesforce platform, including custom development with tools like Apex and Visualforce, as well as Salesforce APIs and integrations.
