Would you like to support the tuning and integration of all aspects of the dynamics attribute delivery from concept to production? The Role: This role is for a Vehicle Integration Engineersomeone ambitious and ready to make an impact. Youll be results-oriented and driven to succeed. Youll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for: Support the definition of all vehicle dynamics attribute targets. Facilitate testing, tuning and parts integration plans. Ensure Vehicle Dynamics requirements are cascaded and transacted in system and component teams. Demonstrates vehicle performance status vs the target to stakeholders and customers. The Individual Were looking for people who can show: Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautical, or other relevant Engineering Degree or academic qualifications Understanding of vehicle dynamics fundamentals Awareness of relevant vehicle dynamics development methods, including subjective/objective evaluation Some exposure to tuning road vehicles, subjective evaluation and demonstrable proving ground experience (or experience of track driving in personal life) Leading the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a project team environment.
