Job Title: Front Office Manager - Branded 4-Star Hotel

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum
We're searching for an experienced
Front Office Manager
to take the lead at our busy 4-star branded property in Sheffield. With over 100 bedrooms and a strong meetings & events offering, this is a fast-paced, guest-focused hotel where service excellence is at the heart of everything we do.
As the face of the hotel, you'll
oversee Reception and Nights,
ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. This role calls for a
confident leader who thrives in high-volume operations
and knows how to inspire their team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and developing the Front Office team (Reception & Nights)
*
Driving service standards
to consistently meet brand expectations
* Managing rotas, KPIs, and performance to ensure operational efficiency
*
Working closely with Housekeeping, Revenue, and F&B t o optimise guest experience and maximise occupancy
* Acting as the
go-to for guest feedback, escalations, and VIP services
* Using your local knowledge and hotel expertise to enhance guest stays
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in a branded 4-star hotel
* Confident with PMS systems (Opera or similar)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams under pressure
* Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
* Clear communicator, decisive, and guest-focused
* Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
