Our first humanoid robot HMND 01 is a next-gen labour automation unit, providing highly efficient services across various use cases, starting with industrial applications.
We are looking for a Chief Information Officer to join our team based in London, UK.

Solution
As the demands on our built environment rise, labour shortages loom. With the world’s workforce increasingly moving away from undesirable tasks, the manufacturing, construction, and logistics industries critical to our daily lives are left exposed. By deploying our general-purpose humanoid robots in environments deemed hazardous or monotonous, we envision a future where human well-being is safeguarded while closing the gaps in critical global labour needs.
Responsibilities
* IT Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive 1–5 year IT strategy, aligning technology with business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
* Scaling & Infrastructure: Design and scale IT systems, infrastructure, and services to support a growing organization, from R&D to manufacturing and global deployment.
* Security & Compliance: Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity policies, data protection frameworks, and regulatory compliance strategies.
* Leadership & Team Building: Attract, mentor, and retain a best-in-class IT team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
* Culture & Collaboration: Act as a thought leader, shaping an IT culture that prioritizes customer service, user experience, and operational agility—comparable to a high-performance sports team.
* IT Operations & Support: Ensure seamless IT operations, effective support systems, and rapid incident response to minimize downtime and drive productivity.
Expertise
* Proven experience (10+ years) in IT leadership roles, with a strong track record of scaling IT functions in high-growth, technology-driven companies.
* Demonstrated success in building and executing multi-year IT strategies that align with complex business goals and product development cycles.
* Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and modern workplace technologies.
* Hands-on experience with IT operations in diverse environments, including R&D, manufacturing, and global deployment.
* Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
* Prior experience in recruiting, leading, and mentoring high-performing IT teams across multiple disciplines.
