Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing high-quality breakfast while maintaining consistency, speed, and food safety standards. This role requires early morning availability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook breakfast menu items eggs, breakfast meats, pastries,
* Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
* Ensure food presentation meets company standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
* Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
* Assist in menu development and daily specials when required
* Properly store and label food items
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef, Line Cook, or similar role
* Knowledge of breakfast and brunch cooking techniques
* Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
* Strong multitasking and time management skills
* Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP knowledge preferred)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team-oriented with good communication skills
* Culinary certification or relevant training (preferred but not mandatory)

* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Lone working some of the time
* Comfortable working in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment
