Where will you be working?
At M Group Energy, we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives.
We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within our Metering team. You'll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.

What will you be doing?
As a Customer Accounts Officer you will liaise with customers to help resolve any problems they may have with their water supply and account data.
You will operate meter reading equipment and will attend customers' homes on an appointed and un-appointed basis to complete meter investigations, meter exchanges and disconnections of supply where necessary.
Due to the nature of the role, we require candidates to plan and manage their daily work load efficiently and effectively as possible. You will proactively manage customer expectations and resolve customer problems and enquiries in a calm and professional manner.
This role is for a 5 month secondment commencing 26th August, working 40 hours per week expecting to cover the following postcode areas - BN11, BN12, BN13, BN14, BN15, BN3, BN5, BN41, BN42, BN43, BN44, BN16, BN17, BN18
