Lettings Manager – Herne Hill
We’re seeking a highly driven and experienced Lettings Manager to lead our Herne Hill office. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and delivers exceptional results.
About the Role
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success and performance of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering branch targets and driving consistent performance.
* Taking full accountability for individual and team objectives, including profitability, market share growth and increasing group value.
* Managing all aspects of lettings with professionalism and integrity, including market appraisals, valuations and negotiation.
* Using data, feedback and market insights to provide weekly updates to clients, offering clear guidance to support a smooth and successful transaction.
* Conducting monthly performance reviews with every team member, recognising achievements, identifying development needs and motivating them to reach their full potential.
* Ensuring compliance with service standards and all relevant legislation.
* Overseeing the marketing of new and existing instructions to maximise visibility and enquiry levels.
* Leading the recruitment process for the office and ensuring high standards of talent and culture are maintained.
Skills & Experience
