We are looking for a senior pizza chef to head up the kitchen team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR CHEF TO Lead pizza service day-to-day (prep, service, close-down Maintain consistent quality and speed during busy service Manage food preparation Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene Support training of junior kitchen team. Work closely with the GM and kitchen team on delivering menu specs to company standard Control stock levels, waste, and ordering Create rotas in line with labour percentage, always 3 weeks in advance WE OFFER Flexible rotas, we are open 14 shifts a week.
