 
        
        Project Manager – Financial Crime (KYC / AML)
Location: Remote (UK-wide)
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 PA + benefits
We are partnering with a highly reputed professional services firm seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Value Creation Portfolio within the Group Growth team.
This role will support the delivery of a key Financial Crime Project, focused on enhancing and standardising the Group’s KYC, AML, and client due diligence processes. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved in line with PMO standards and governance frameworks while maintaining momentum and strong stakeholder engagement throughout.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the financial crime project, ensuring scope, milestones, and benefits are achieved.
 * Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits, ensuring proactive escalation and resolution where required.
 * Apply consistent project management standards, methodologies, and tools as defined by the PMO.
 * Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations functions.
 * Track and report on project progress, benefits realisation, compliance improvements, and value delivery.
Experience Required
 * Proven experience leading financial crime, KYC, or AML projects as a Project Manager.
 * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile).
 * Experience delivering compliance, regulatory, or risk transformation projects within complex, cross-functional environments.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
 * Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving corporate or professional services environments.
Desirable
 * Experience working within financial services, consultancy, or professional services sectors.
 * Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Asana, or other project management tools.
