About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Facilities Management Compliance Manager to join our commercial property team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across our portfolio of commercial assets including office buildings, retail units, and mixed-use developments.
You'll work closely with property managers, contractors, and occupiers to ensure all sites meet health, safety, and environmental standards, helping us deliver best-in-class, compliant spaces for our clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of facilities compliance across a diverse commercial property portfolio.
2. Overseeing the asset management system and ensuring timely, accurate updates by external service providers, and maintain up-to-date records, certifications, and compliance documentation for all buildings and plant.
3. Lead on statutory inspections and audits covering fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, lift safety, electrical systems, and more.
4. Monitoring supplier performance against contract KPIs to maintain estate and asset standards and ensure contractors and service providers are meeting all legal obligations and performance KPIs.
