Psychology Graduates Wanted – Rochdale | ££110 per day
In this role, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils with additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. You will play a key part in helping students engage with their education, build confidence, and develop socially and emotionally within the classroom.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
2. Assisting students with behavioural and emotional regulation
3. Helping implement tailored support strategies and learning plans
4. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
5. Observing pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff

Requirements:
11. A degree in Psychology (or a closely related field)
12. A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and wellbeing
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
14. Patience, resilience, and a proactive attitude
15. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
