Role: Customer Service Agent
Location: Burgess Hill (3 minutes from the train station)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm OR 10:00am - 7:00pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour, increasing to £13.21 per hour for a full week with no absence
Start Date: 1st of September 2025, 8 week contract
An excellent opportunity has arisen for 5x Customer Service Agents to join one of our longstanding clients, an established and growing organisation in Burgess Hill. This is an 8-week temporary assignment starting Monday the 1st of September, ideal for committed and reliable individuals eager to get stuck into a new role straight away.

The Requirements:
* Available to start immediately from Monday the 1st of September 2025
* Prepared to undergo a DBS check as part of the onboarding process
* Strong customer service skills and confident telephone manner
* Methodical working style with good attention to detail
* Confident using a computer, following scripts, and recording outcomes
* Ability to commit to an 8-week contract
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn
The Role:
* Make calls to existing patients to arrange delivery of regular medication
* Provide excellent customer service with no cold calling or sales involved
* Organise and book deliveries in a professional and timely manner
* Work methodically, ensuring accuracy in recording outcomes and following scripts
* Become an integral part of a supportive, collaborative team
