The Opportunity
We’re working with a growing SaaS company based in Bath that’s expanding its Sales team. They are looking to hire an entry-level SDR who is eager to learn, proactive in their approach, and motivated to succeed.
This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through outbound activity, booking qualified meetings, and building a strong sales pipeline. Full training will be provided, including insight into their main sectors.
Salary is competitive, with high earning potential from day one through a structured commission model and clear progression pathways.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients
* Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
* Booking qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
* Researching organisations and identifying key decision-makers
* Maintaining accurate records in the CRM
* Working towards monthly and quarterly targets
* Collaborating with senior team members and learning the full sales cycle
* Developing the skills to eventually run your own demos as part of a fast-track development scheme
