We’re looking for a Multimedia Executive who lives and breathes content, someone who can capture the emotion of matchday, move fast, and turn moments into powerful digital stories.
Based in Salford, with travel to away fixtures and on location, you’ll create high impact content across video, graphics, and social, driving engagement, growing the club’s presence, and bringing fans closer to the action.
You’ll own the output across digital platforms, support creative campaigns, and ensure everything we produce is bold, consistent, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation of high-quality, premium video content across all areas of the club
* Capture and deliver elite-level matchday content, including key moments, atmosphere, and behind-the-scenes access
* Produce first-class player and coach interviews, features, and storytelling content
* Create high-impact, platform-first content optimised for social and digital growth
* Deliver best-in-class content for commercial partners and campaigns
* Support all media operations, including press conferences and club announcements
* Own the delivery and publishing of content across all digital platforms
* Drive creative innovation, bringing fresh ideas that elevate the club’s output
Skills & Experience
* Exceptional ability to film, edit, and deliver content to a professional, elite standard
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and end-to-end video production
* Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and visual design tools
* Deep understanding of social-first content, trends, and audience engagement
* Confident leading interviews and working in high-pressure environments
* Strong creative instinct with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling
* Highly organised, proactive, and accountable for delivering output at pace
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
* Clear understanding of brand, tone, and consistency at a professional level
* Experience within elite sport, professional clubs, or live broadcast environments
* Strong understanding of rugby league and its audience
* Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g. After Effects)
* Degree or equivalent experience in Media, Film, Digital, or a related discipline
