Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour (increases to £13.60 per hour once trained on FLT Counterbalance (after 12 weeks when permanent)

Empowered Personnel are recruiting 15 Production Operatives to join a global, expanding manufacturing and recycling facility based in Leamington Spa.
This is a hands on, physically active position, ideal for candidates who enjoy variety, machinery operation and production support in a factory based environment.
Production Operative Job Role:
You will play a key role in the day to day running of a large scale production facility by moving materials, supporting machine operations, and maintaining site cleanliness and efficiency.
Operate machinery and support production teams in daily operations
Replenish materials and supplies across production areas
Relocate raw materials, recycled products, and waste streams to designated processing or storage points
Assist in machine minding, monitoring output, and maintaining quality standards
Participate in weekly shutdowns for industrial cleaning of the plant which is scheduled within your rota and is mandatory as part of your role
