Home Manager – Beechwood, Northallerton
Are you a compassionate, credible leader ready to make a meaningful difference? We’re looking for a Home Manager to lead Beechwood in Northallerton – a home providing nursing, residential and dementia care – with warmth, visibility and a relentless focus on great care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader, ideally with a nursing background, who knows how to build strong teams, create stability and keep people at the heart of every decision. If you have experience of turnaround, embedding positive change, or strengthening quality and compliance, that would be a real advantage.
At Beechwood, we want someone who can inspire confidence, support colleagues to grow, and create a culture where residents receive outstanding, person-centred care every day. You’ll lead from the front, champion dignity, build trusted relationships with families and professionals, and help shape a home where people feel safe, valued and truly at home.
As Hill Care continues its journey to strengthen culture and deepen its commitment to quality, compliance and learning, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, accountability and heart – someone who believes that excellent care starts with excellent leadership.
About The Role
In return, we offer a strong salary package and the opportunity to be part of a values-led organisation where compassionate care, respect and empowerment matter. Hill Care’s promise is built around C.A.R.E. – Compassion, Aspiration, Respect and Empowerment – alongside person-centred support across residential, nursing and dementia services.
