About you…
We’d love to hear from you if you have healthcare market experience and are passionate about delivering an outstanding service. You’ll also have:
1. Experience in business development within public health, wellbeing, or related sectors.
2. A strong understanding of public health commissioning, funding, and procurement, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.
3. Confidence in preparing proposals, tenders, and presentations and a strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insight into actionable plans.
4. A collaborative mindset with experience working across departments to deliver integrated solutions.
You might also have:
5. Experience in workplace wellbeing or employee engagement programmes.
6. Familiarity with NHS structures, local authority commissioning, and health inequalities.
7. Knowledge of CRM systems and data-driven business development.
