As the successful NPD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing business growth by overseeing the successful development of new products and enhancing our existing product portfolio in line with the company goals. Our client, a leader in the Snack industry, are proud be graded AA certified against the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. What We Require: You will have a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline. You will be to Demonstrate experience in NPD within the food manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of successful product development. You will have strong project management capabilities, including experience leading and coordinating product development teams. You will have proven experience in team management and leadership. You will have In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP protocols, and product testing methodologies. You will exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
