Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for shaping strategic bids and proposals? We’re partnering with a leading UK-based technology company at the forefront of innovation across defence and critical national infrastructure. They are seeking a Bid Finance Manager to join their high-performing team and help drive the success of major UK and international projects.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the estimating, costing, and financial modelling activities for bids and proposals
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to present financial insights and analysis to senior leadership
* Build robust financial models covering costs, overheads, funding, cash flow, margin, and profitability
* Support the ongoing improvement of pricing methodologies, processes, and tools
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a bid finance or similar role
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
* Background in Aerospace, Defence, or Technical Services
* Familiarity with UK MOD procurement and cost assurance processes
* Experience with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, ProPricer, or PRICE TruePlanning
