As a Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting and resolving helpdesk incidents across multiple technologies
Supporting users across Windows and macOS environments
Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services
Escalating complex issues to senior engineers or third parties when required
Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Acting as an escalation point for junior support engineers
As a Support Engineer, your experience will include:
At least 2 years’ experience within an IT helpdesk or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core services
Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
Familiarity with networking concepts such as VPNs, routing and switching
Confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
