This is a fantastic opportunity to own and grow a portfolio of independent, strategic key accounts, while spotting new opportunities and making a real commercial impact. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑led environment, this could be the role to take your career to the next level.
What you’ll be doing
* Building strong, long‑term relationships to drive profit, revenue and sustainable growth
* Delivering joint business plans and tailored customer contact strategies
* Developing existing independent and strategic accounts, while actively prospecting for new business
* Working closely with Area Sales Managers on larger opportunities
* Collaborating cross‑functionally to maximise commercial opportunities and deliver results
About you
* Proven experience in key account management, relationship building and new business development
* Confident networker at single and multi‑site account level
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
* Educated to A‑level standard, with WSET Advanced and solid drinks industry knowledge
* Proactive, organised and driven, with the ambition to go far
* Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points required)
