Job Description:
We're seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team in Maidstone. This role involves more than just delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture where everyone can excel.
What the role involves:
* Identifying training needs and designing effective programmes.
* Implementing and maintaining a new company-wide learning platform.
* Managing induction and post-induction training for new employees.
* Supporting training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborating with leadership to develop tailored development plans.
* Leading and supporting a small training team.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in L&D within hospitality, ideally across multiple sites.
* Comfort with learning systems and content creation, with an interest in digital learning.
* A coach and role model who leads with integrity.
* Organised, curious, and up-to-date with L&D ideas.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus but not essential.
