Fella & Jones are partnering with an exciting high-growth global lifestyle brand who are see is seeking a talented Merchandiser/ Senior Merchandiser to support our global sales, stock, and profitability strategy across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Lead, you will play a pivotal role in planning, forecasting, and driving commercial success.

What you will be doing:
* Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Assist in developing seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to drive sustainable growth across all channels.
* Stock & Inventory Management: Manage stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margin.
* Trade & Performance Analysis: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence buying decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional activity.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align commercial strategies.
* Omni-Channel Focus: Support a seamless product offering across multiple sales channels, balancing inventory and demand effectively.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in a merchandising or planning role, ideally within a multi-channel retail business.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations (Advanced Excel required).
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset – adaptable to market trends and trade performance.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to influence and work effectively with stakeholders.
* Experience working with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is a plus.
