Claims Assessor
Location: Knaresborough
Salary: Starting at £26,000 plus discretionary bonus
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00 or part-time covering hours on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday

Our client is seeking a detailed and process-oriented individual with excellent telephony skills to join their professional and well-established team as a Claims Assessor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a respected company in a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming telephone enquiries
Promptly process claim form requests
Process claims in line with agreed practices
Identify and report any potential complaints to the Claims Manager
Provide accurate and timely advice to customers, anticipating potential issues
Perform other office duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Process driven
Confident telephone manner
Claims experience preferred but not essential
Strong IT skills
Professional and patient demeanour
