NRL are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our International Recruitment Team in Woking. This role focuses on servicing long-established clients within the Energy, Advanced Facilities (Life Sciences & Data Centres), and Infrastructure sectors. You’ll be part of an established team with a strong existing client base. Supporting the development of our CRM database in key markets. Coordinating and arranging interviews. Ensuring compliance with our robust procedures. Maintaining excellent CRM system utilisation.
