Rate of pay: £12.85 13.35 per hour Main Responsibilities To assist our patients with their individual identified care and support needs under the supervision of trained staff To work as part of a team and complete documentation as requested To respect and follow the Companies values; kindness, integrity, transparency, respect and empathy. To follow and implement all IPC measures and policies in place To comply with all training requirements and to take responsibility for keeping up to date To maintain registration with NISCC and work to their code of conduct. Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications Desirable: QCF level 2 in health & social care or be willing to commence training Required: Previous experience working in a care home environment or similar setting Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, integrity and good team working skills.
