What youll be doing: Youll be supporting our busy recruitment consultants and playing a key role in getting people into work. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include: Answering calls and handling enquiries from both clients and candidates Processing application packs, payroll data, and HR admin Checking in with candidates currently out working Interviewing candidates (both face-to-face and online) Delivering PPE and carrying out onsite ID checks Helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am 6:00pm Friday: 8:00am 5:00pm On call: 1 in every 4 weekends What were looking for: A positive, can-do mindset Excellent communication skills youll be speaking with lots of different people daily Strong organisation and ability to multi-task Customer service experience (essential) A team player whos happy to support others Full UK driving licence and your own car (essential) Why join us?
