* Location: Wythenshawe Hospital
* Salary: Up to £29,000 + benefits
* Holidays: 20 days
* Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
Job Introduction
We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our FM team as an Operations Coordinator at Wythenshawe Hospital. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support daily facilities management operations, ensuring subcontractors adhere to maintenance schedules, reactive works are completed promptly, and documentation is properly stored.
What You'll Do:
* Coordinate planned maintenance, confirming contractor schedules, access, and permit requirements.
* Keep the operational manager informed during all stages of planned work.
* Collect, file, and review subcontractor worksheets, highlighting recommendations and repairs, and ensure records are stored in the CAFM system.
* Raise work orders for approved tasks and maintain maintenance records.
* Review legionella reports and escalate issues as necessary.
* Attend meetings, provide helpdesk support, and undertake relevant training.
* Comply with Trust policies to reduce infections, attending training and maintaining hygiene standards.
* Take responsibility for duties, adhering to policies and procedures.
